I found this Archive Exhibition extremely historically interesting and visually interesting to see finished piece of work in an area I am interested in.
This Block piece is very inspirational and you can see the uniques and handmade block. There would be several for one images for all the different colours.This block was made out of copper and felt by designer Helena Appleyard in 1907. It is also in the neoclassical style as was desired in the 1900s. I feel this is a crucial part of textile history and has helped move textiles and technology along together.
